Questions

Before you book

How often should windows be cleaned?

Twice a year suits most homes — spring once the pollen drops, fall once the leaves are down. If you're near a busy road or a construction site, or your sprinklers hit the glass, go quarterly so mineral etching never gets a chance to set.

Do I need to be home?

No. Everything we do is on the outside, so you don't have to take a morning off or wait around. Leave the gate unlocked, make sure the dog is in, and we'll text you photos of every side of the house when we're finished. You pay once you've seen them.

What happens if it rains?

Clean glass doesn't spot from rain — rain is close to distilled. What streaks a window is the dirt already sitting on it. Every job carries a 7-day rain guarantee: if a storm leaves a mess in the first week, we come back free.

Will you scratch my glass?

No blades on tempered or coated glass, ever — that's where scratches come from. Stubborn spots get a nylon pad and a solvent instead. If your windows already carry fabricating debris, we'll show you before we touch them.

What can you power wash?

Siding, driveways, sidewalks, patios, decks, fences and retaining walls. Most of it gets soft-wash pressure rather than a straight blast — vinyl, painted wood and older brick all mark or strip if you hit them too hard, so the pressure comes down and the cleaning solution does the work. Concrete is the one surface that takes real pressure.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes — general liability and workers' comp. We'll email the certificate before the job if you or your HOA want it on file.

How do I pay?

Card, check or cash once the work is done and you’ve seen the photos. Memberships are billed per visit at your locked rate — nothing up front, and no charge if you cancel.
